By the time I moved a week later it looked amazing! New paint, new floors and everything had been taken apart and cleaned. They live up to the name, it was the cleanest rental I have seen.

I am a single mom with two kids in school. I am very busy with work and I enjoy the convenience of everything. Not being from the area, I am very happy with the Jefferson City school system and I do not plan on moving. Safety is a huge concern of mine. I feel very safe here. It is a great place for my family.
